Confirm the creative scope, deliverables, production schedule, local operations and itemised commercial offer.

Review the named contracting parties, price, taxes, payment milestones, change requests, cancellation and weather-rescheduling terms.

Sign & arrange payment

Execute the agreed contract and arrange the stated payment milestones through the agreed business channel. No payment is collected here.

Prepare, perform & hand over

Complete creative sign-off and operational approvals, confirm the show-readiness decision, then perform and deliver the agreed materials.
